This course has been designed to support those who work in the temporary power sector but have had no prior electrical training.
The temporary power sector is wide and varied, covering festivals, events, theatre/TV and film productions. Often persons in these industries carry out a wide variety of roles and may find themselves involved with working on or near electricity. An example could be a team of riggers who are also tasked with erecting cabling for lighting up on the trusses/lighting bars.
This training is designed to provide essential electrical science and theory training, along with health and safety information to support these team members in the development of their knowledge and skills when working on the installation of these wiring systems.
